Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Canada (Québec & nationwide): 2–5 business days
U.S.: 4–8 business days
International: 1–4 weeks
Orders typically ship out the next business day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your region.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your Moros order total.


Orders & Tracking

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@moroswrld.com. We cannot guarantee modifications after fulfillment begins.
