1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, or carrier delays may affect delivery.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

The carrier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Moros is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, Moros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Email us at contact@moroswrld.com and we’ll try to help

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently shipping worldwide

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes / Military Bases / certain regions if applicable.

9. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
