All orders are processed within 1 business day.
During high-volume periods (drops, holidays, restocks), processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Delivery / Pickup

At this time, Moros does not offer in-person pickup or local delivery.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside Canada:

  • Your country may apply customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are not included in your Moros order total.

  • Moros is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@moroswrld.com

We can update it only if your order has not been shipped yet.

Moros is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management

  2. Wait 24 hours carriers sometimes update early

  3. Contact your carrier directly

  4. Then email us at contact@moroswrld.com

    We’ll assist where possible, but Moros is not responsible for theft or carrier errors.

Refused/Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to refusal, unpaid duties, or undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
