We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

Items failing these conditions may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on inventory. If your desired item is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds go back to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Lost Return Packages
Moros is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
International Returns
International customers may be responsible for:
